3. Forum / Feedback / Comments / Message Board's

3.1 We encourage debate and the sharing of information between site users. However, we do require that your use of our chat forums and any other communication systems that we provide is lawful.

3.2.1 post or transmit material that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of others or post or transmit any material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person as determined by us in our sole discretion;

3.2.2 post or transmit advertisements for or solicitations of business;

3.2.3 after receiving a warning, continue to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or post or transmit comments that are not related to the topic being discussed;

3.2.4 post or transmit chain letters or pyramid schemes;

3.2.5 impersonate another person;

3.2.6 disguise the IP address of the connection used to post any message;

3.2.7 post or transmit any files containing viruses or other harmful computer code;

3.2.8 harvest or otherwise collect or use information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their explicit consent;

3.2.9 allow any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments or for communicating with other users;

3.2.10 duplicate any content from this site for use, posting and / or sharing with any other non Utility Warehouse Distributor or public site

3.2.11 engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying these areas of our site, or which, in our judgment, exposes us to any liability or detriment of any type.

3.2.12 quote any comments or posts from this site or forum to another forum, either public or web based

3.3 Please note that any posting of information in these forums is the opinion of the person posting only and in no way reflects our opinions or attitudes.

3.4 We don’t always monitor the use of the chat forums or our comms systems, so we do rely on you to inform us if you spot any abuse or inappropriate behaviour, in which case we will review specific postings. If you feel you have been threatened, damaged or abused in our chat forums or via our comms systems that we operate or if you believe any infringement of your rights may have occurred through our site please contact us.

3.5.4 terminate a user’s access to post messages to any or all of these areas

3.5.5 monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in these areas.

3.5.6 edit or remove any communication(s) posted on our website, regardless of whether such communication(s) breaches these Terms.

4. Indemnity

4.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees and licensors from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss we may incur (including reasonable legal fees) as a result of any material that you post or transmit on our communication forums or via our comms systems, any actions you take which disrupt access to and/or the functioning of our site or any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms.
5. Site access

5.1 You agree that you will not access this members only site unless you are a fully signed up / authorsied Utility Warehouse distributor.

5.2 You agree that you will only use this site in relation to your activities / research as a Utility Warehouse distributor and that you will not post / promote information in relation to other business opportinities, income schemes, network marketing schemes etc. This site is strictly for Utility warehouse matters
5.3 You agree to not link to any 'non-public' area of this site, from any other web-site
